The exterior vertical and horizontal proportions of both materials have been carefully designed to create forms which stand repetitions, it becomes more than just a function of a warehouse, its an expression.

The alucobond panels have been designed with complementary proportions to the Kalwall and will visually break-up the building's length in volume and texture. The use of Kalwall as the building's exterior is expected to substantially lower energy costs for lighting.

The entire exterior of the building has been designed with insulated Kalwall panels except at the building corners which are designed with Alucobond insulated aluminium finished panels. The Kalwall system is the 2-3/4 thick panel system with a 30 percent light transmission which will illuminate the entire interior space during daylight hours, and in the evenings, the exterior will glow, and silhouetting the interior activity towards the outside city.
